Baby Steps to Health and Weight Loss

Instead of trying to achieve seemingly unattainable goals of getting healthy and achieving sustainable weight loss, what is one simple step could I take to improve my health for the next week? (Maybe stop drinking Soda, Give up that McDonalds pit stop on the way home from work or Try substituting a Healthy G-Bombs food for something that’s not so good that you often eat?
